LB Manufacturing is IATF-16949:2016 certified, assuring the customer of quality manufacturing processes and administrative management.  Our Quality Policy is.

We have part specific inspection fixtures and a Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) that are used to verify part dimensions to CAD data and blueprint requirements. The statistical software in our quality systems and CMM allows us to verify process capability for PPAP and throughout the life of the program. In process Inspection on the plant floor are integrated with part gages and hand held measuring devices, providing control to insure tolerances are maintained on all production runs.
