At LB Manufacturing, we made major commitments to our welding capabilities.  LB Manufacturing offers, MIC, Resistance, Spot and ARC welding.  We also have a wealth of knowledge joining dissimilar metals such as steel, stainless steel.

Most of our welding operations are automated with advanced robotics that ensue dimensional accuracy and faster throughput.  We build all of our automation systems to ensure maximum efficiency, quick easy repair to reduce downtime and improve industry leading quality.

Our welding processes also feature a strong focus to ensure customer quality expectations.  We start with extensive in-process controls, destructive testing , and nugget test.  The result is a superior, consistent finished product that meet and  exceed our customers increasing expectations.
